Permastore is Committed to creating Renewable Energy

The way of the future is certainly turning waste into power. On Tuesday 27 January 2009, PERMASTORE^® tanks were featured in an Environmental piece shown on the BBC 10 o'clock news. The tanks were installed for Biffa in 2004 and comprise 3 Digesters, 2 Hydrolysis tanks, 1 Water tank and a Gas Holder Tank. The plant has successfully been running since 2005, turning rubbish into electricity via a process known as anaerobic digestion.
