The Permastore Team
Permastore’s design and manufacturing expertise comes from over 60 years of unbroken history supplying technically superior advanced engineered performance modular bolted coated containment storage solutions.
To back this up the company has a dedicated team of engineering, manufacturing, project management, sales and logistics personnel that are supported by a seasoned senior management team of Chartered Engineers and Finance professionals.
There is currently over 500+ years of vitreous enamel and epoxy operational process and materials technology, engineering design, product development, in-house automatic product configuration and 6 sigma management expertise within the Company for the design and manufacture of PERMASTORE® products.
The Company also has an extended external academic, industrial and professional consultancy ecosystem of partners that has been created to support Permastore’s research into materials, coatings, coating processing, sealants, and fastener development.
The Management Team
The Permastore management team is built from a diverse background that includes legal, finance, engineering (both mechanical and structural), materials technology, manufacturing and logistics. Extensive experience at a senior level is held by members of the team from within both manufacturing and the financial services industries.
Frank Cutri

Frank Cutri
Frank is the CEO of Permastore Group.
After completing his Ph.D. in Engineering Systems Frank gained Chartered Engineer status within both the IMechE and the IET and is now a Fellow of both Institutions.
Frank is an experienced main board director and business leader.
Frank has built his career around engineering businesses that operate world-wide.
Saqlain Ali

Saqlain Ali
Saqlain Ali is the Strategic Projects Director of Permastore Limited.
After completing his BEng (Hons) Degree in Materials Science and Engineering Saqlain has gained Chartered Director status and Fellowship of the Institute of Directors. Saqlain has also gained Chartered Engineer status and Fellowship of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining.
Saqlain is an experienced industry leader in vitreous and porcelain enamel technology and Standards and is recognised in the industry as a global expert in this area.
Saqlain has developed his career within manufacturing environments across a broad and diverse range of business sectors.
Johnathon Brook
Engineering & Design Director
Johnathon Brook
Johnathon is the Engineering & Design Director of Permastore Limited.
After completing his BEng (Hons) Degree in Structural Engineering Johnathon has gained both Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (C.WEM) status. Johnathon is a Chartered member of CIWEM and his professional qualifications are underpinned with over 25 years’ experience in the tank and silo industry.
Johnathon is an active member of multiple European and International Standards committees dealing with the future design of tanks and silos.
Johnathon is passionate about innovation and has extensive technical knowledge and experience in new product development and standardisation.

Graham has over 30 years of international business to business experience.
Experienced at Senior Management level and team building.
Focused on developing distribution networks and partnerships that deliver high quality product into the municipal and industrial market sectors.
Jon-Paul Court

Jon-Paul Court
Jon-Paul Court is the Finance Director of Permastore Limited.
He is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the key accounting functions at varying levels of seniority.
Over the last 15 years Jon -Paul has been utilising his practical skills and knowledge alongside his drive for continuous improvement in Manufacturing organisations to improve processes and add value to the business.
