Fusion Bonded Epoxy

FUSION® V1100 is Permastore’s epoxy industrial contact surface finish.

Generally for use with bulk solid storage, potable water, filter tanks and municipal sludge storage.

FUSION® V1100 is a fusion bonded epoxy contact surface coating for use in applications such as dry bulk solids storage, potable water, mesophilic farm digesters (within the liquid zone) and municipal sludge treatment and storage.

It is a low-cost solution that delivers good protection. However, in some applications with highly corrosive environments or where abrasive contents are present, a reduced service life and a potential requirement for increased maintenance may be required when compared to a glass contact surface finish such as ISOFUSION®.
